  • Anthem Healthkeepers Medical Insurance: Chiles covers 50% of cost for Team Members and qualifying dependents.
  • Additional Health Insurance Compensation: With each year of employment, Chiles increases its assistance with insurance costs by 3%, ultimately resulting in full coverage of Team Member medical insurance expenses.
  • Paid Holidays: Full-time Team Members are eligible for paid holidays (10 hours) upon hiring. Our company typically observes the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
  • Paid PTO: Full-time Team Members earn PTO at a rate of .06 hours per hours worked beginning on the day of hire.
  • 401K Retirement: After 90 days of employment, Chiles will match 3% of your annual contribution.

  • Life Insurance: Team Members are eligible for this benefit immediately after hire.

Hardscape Technician

Has to perform tasks such as: pavement systems, retaining walls, water features, low-voltage lighting, utilities, concrete, carpentry and stonework, install interlocking paver patios, install stones, wood, or segmental block retaining walls. Needs to be able to operate a variety of equipment included, but should not be limited to: back hoes, track loaders, excavators, trenchers, tillers, straw blower, chain saws, electric saws and other miscellaneous small hand tools. To work with us, following requirements are a must: to works as a team member as needed, good oral and written communication skills, job planning skills and mechanical aptitude is a must. Hardscape Installers

Has to assist the Project Manager with constructing all assigned projects. Construction Tasks are: perform demolition, excavation, trenching, grading, and drainage work, construct gravel and concrete foundations and footers, build paver and natural stone patios, retaining and sitting walls, fire pits and fireplaces, and outdoor kitchens and grill islands, install landscaping and outdoor lighting. To work with us, individual needs to fulfill following requirements: experience in residential hardscape and masonry construction, dry-laid pavers and segmental wall construction, experience in stone and brick veneer, mortared flatwork, and dry-stacked stone walls and edging, drivers license, own transportation. Construction Worker/Laborer

Needs to be able to do following tasks: loading equipment and material on to trailer and properly securing for transportation, assist in installing steel casing in Bore pit, hand digging test holes to find utilities without damaging any unknown utilities, spotting operators while digging trenches, bore pits and receiving pits or digging for any other repairs, maintaining a clean jobsite removal of all trash from work day as well as mud off of roads if necessary, grading, seed and straw if requested when finished. This is a hands-on working crew leader role, combining equipment operation with physical, on-the-ground work alongside the crew. While operating skid steers and mini-excavators is part of the position, this role also requires active participation in daily labor, jobsite setup, and project execution. Project Execution Manager

This role is for someone who thinks ahead, sets clear expectations, inspects what they expect, and can have direct conversations to protect quality, budgets, and timelines. If you take pride in well-run job sites, strong teamwork, and helping others succeed, this role offers meaningful leadership responsibility and the chance to make a real impact. The Project Execution Manager is accountable for the successful execution of all landscape and excavation installation projects at Chiles Enterprises. This role serves as the field authority and operational leader, ensuring projects are planned correctly, staffed appropriately, executed efficiently, and delivered to the highest quality standards. $22.00-$26.50

Accounting & Operations Coordinator

At Chiles Landscape Pros, the details matter — and we're looking for a part-time Accounting & Operations Coordinator who feels the same way. This role sits at the center of our business operations, supporting leadership with the financial and administrative work that keeps everything moving. We're searching for someone who takes pride in keeping things organized, accurate, and running the way they should — someone who is just as comfortable managing financial processes as they are supporting the broader operational needs of a busy leadership team. $20.50 - $24.50/hour

North Anna Grounds Maintenance Technician

Completes landscape maintenance tasks at the North Anna Power Station for Dominion Energy. This job includes cutting grass, string trimming, brush cutting, trimming trees, storm recovery, snow removal, pesticide application for weed control, and other duties to maintain a neat appearance at the station and its associated areas. The candidate should feel comfortable working by themselves as well as with a team as both scenarios are probable. We provide a company vehicle for you to use for all work-related tasks and transportation around the North Anna Power Station property. $18.25-$23.00/hour

Oversees quality, keeps records, and insures weekly goals are met for their crew. Supports mowing operations by safely operating commercial mowers, string trimmers, and backpack blowers.
