- Anthem Healthkeepers Medical Insurance: Chiles covers 50% of cost for Team Members and qualifying dependents.
- Additional Health Insurance Compensation: With each year of employment, Chiles increases its assistance with insurance costs by 3%, ultimately resulting in full coverage of medical insurance expenses.
- Paid Vacation: After 9 months of employment, Team Members receive 5 paid vacation days and up to 18 days after 48 months.
- Paid PTO: Team Members receive 4 paid personal days each year.
- 401K Retirement: After 90 days of employment, Chiles will match 3% of your annual contribution.
