1-2-3 REFERRAL PROGRAM 

Chiles Enterprises takes great pride in its recruitment and selection process—a process which resulted in  you joining our organization. History indicates that the best source for candidates who are likely to meet our  rigorous standards is often our existing Team Members. Thus, as part of our recruitment and selection  process, we have implemented a new Team Member Referral Program. 

If you know someone who would be a good addition to Chiles Enterprises and they meet the qualifications  for an existing open position, you may be awarded $600 if you refer them for employment and they are  hired. 

Program Rules  

1. Referral Eligibility: All Chiles Enterprises Team Members, except managers and sales.  2. The referral must represent the candidate’s first contact with Chiles Enterprises. 3. To be eligible for an award, the referrals must first be submitted to Human Resources on the  Candidate Referral Form below on or before time of interview. 
2. The referring Team Member must agree to have his/her name used for introduction. 5. The first Team Member to refer a candidate will be the only referring Team Member eligible for  payment.  
3. Only candidates who meet the essential qualifications for the position will be considered.  7. All candidates will be evaluated for employment consistent with Chiles Enterprises policies and  procedures. 
4. All information regarding the hiring decision will remain strictly confidential.  
5. The referring Team Member must still be employed by Chiles Enterprises during the hired candidate’s  first month, 6 month and 9 months of employment in order to receive payment.  

10.All referral bonus payments will be paid within 30-days after the referred Team Member’s anniversary with Chiles Enterprises. 

11.Payment schedule is as follows: 

★ $100 after they have been employed 1 month 

★ $200 after they have been employed 6 months 

★ $300 after they have been employed 9 months
